Gentle Therapeutic Yoga
Suay is a Yoga teacher, yoga therapist and spiritual healer working in the Worthing area and on 21st April 2009 she is going to start up a gentle therapeutic yoga class at the village hall down in East Preston (which is very near Rustington, Angmering and Littlehampton).
This will be an exploratory 6 week course. The group will consist of only eight people initially, exploring the whole range of hatha yoga practices. So the classes will consist of breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as imagery work. From an asana (posture) work point of view a series of joint freeing movements will be explored.
