Mental Health and Employment Survey

WE WOULD WELCOME YOUR SUPPORT TO DISSEMINATE THIS INFORMATION AS WIDELY AS POSSIBLE

Raise! Mental Health Ltd are conducting a survey into the employment, educational and training needs of people living in the South East (excluding London) who have experience of mental health problems. The survey is aimed at people who have experience of mental illness (whether they receive support through their GP or their Community Mental Health Teams), and who aspire to be, or are in employment.

The survey will inform a South East mental health and employment action plan which is being drawn up by a partnership group, and will be out for consultation in the spring of 2008. (For more information or to be involved in the consultation please email Stephany.carolan@csip.org.uk)

The survey is available from their website www.raise.org.uk/survey.html and can be completed in 3 ways:

completed and submitted on their website
downloaded as a pdf, printed off and sent to them at their freepost address
downloaded as a word document, completed and emailed to them

We would like your help in disseminating this survey as widely as possible please pass on to colleagues working in other organisations if you work with individuals that fit the criteria please print copies of the survey off and leave in waiting rooms or give to people email out through your organisation enabling colleagues who fit the criteria to complete the survey.
