Sian Jeffery is a third year student of Nutritional Science at the CNELM www.cnelm.co.uk.
One of his assignments is to write a report on how sufferers of fibromyalgia view nutritional strategies as part of the management of their condition. He would appreciate your help in this by filling in the form that you can find here.
